Chapter 1372: 5th Move of the Six Harmony Rod Technique, Breaking World
Chapter 1372: 5th Move of the Six Harmony Rod Technique, Breaking World
Launching a fierce attack to stop them, 4 True Immortals of the Spirit Dawn World managed to slip through the offensive and return to their world.
The stronger the expert who entered a foreign world, the stronger the suppression they would face.
The True Immortals who returned to their world might not be high-level True Immortals, but with the assistance of their World’s Will, along with the suppression of the foreign expert, they would be able to put up a fight. Even if the intruder was a fifth or sixth tier True Immortal, they might be able to handle him if the situation was right.
It was a shame they ran into the anomaly that was known as Shang Xia. As soon as they entered the heavenly screen, they were met with Shang Xia’s ferocious strike.
After separating the massive landmass with 2 blows from his Stone Rod, he caused massive damage to the foundations of the world even if he hadn’t completed his mission. He also knew that the experts of the Spirit Dawn World would return to try to stop him and he didn’t try to continue breaking the world.
After dealing the second blow earlier, he started to gather his energy in preparation to fight those who would be returning. He concealed his aura and used his banner to conceal himself. He had no intentions to hide from those who were coming back. Instead, he rose into the air to meet them as soon as they entered their world.
His plan was to strike first and strike hard. Those who would return should be in a rush to locate him, and they would likely think that he would try to hide from them the best he could. They would never expect him to rush at them.
Shang Xia’s actions seemed reckless, but he caught them off guard.
Those who ran back into their world were communicating with each other, talking about how they should deal with the intruder when a massive Stone Rod was swung at them.
When Shang Xia swung the rod at the True Immortals of the Spirit Dawn World, he unleashed the move he just completed after shattering the continents. It was the fifth move of his Six Harmony Rod Technique, Breaking World!
As soon as it arrived, the heavens showed signs of shattering and they felt as though the world was about to end.
The 4 True Immortals who returned weren’t from the same faction. Facing the sudden attack, they were unable to work together perfectly. Instead, they tried to deal with it individually.
The True Immortal who rushed at the very front attempted to evade and the second person was immediately exposed to the blow.
The second True Immortal had no time to run. Cursing the person in front of him for being a selfish piece of shit, he could only attempt to block the strike head-on. He could only hope that the 2 others behind him would help.
The third True Immortal still had some time to react. However, he had to move immediately if he wanted to help block it. Taking action to help his fellow True Immortal, he made 1 fatal mistake and he greatly underestimated the power it contained.
The fourth True Immortal was right behind, but unfortunately for him, he was injured in the fight above the heavenly screen earlier. He had less than 60 percent of his combat capabilities left and his original plan was to assist the others from the sidelines. That was also why he was rushing in behind all of them.
Watching the majestic strike falling on 2 of his comrades, he made the wrong decision. He felt that the intruder was merely putting up a strong front and that the 2 before him would be able to block the blow. He no longer hesitated as he turned to retreat.
Not only did Shang Xia catch them off guard, but he even unleashed the fifth move of his Six Harmony Rod Technique. Even with the World’s Will suppression, he was still able to burst forth with combat strength of a fifth tier True Immortal!
The second True Immortal had a cultivation at the third tier of the Martial Void Realm and he was an Elysium True Immortal. With the assistance of the world and his Elysium, along with the help of the second tier True Immortal behind him, he felt that he would be able to deal with the intruder. It was a shame the reality check came too hard and fast.
As Breaking World came crashing down on him, the heavens shattered and everything around him turned into a region of chaos. He was crushed instantly, his body torn to nothingness and lost in the region of chaos.
The second tier True Immortal behind him had a little time to react with the expert in front of him taking the brunt of the blow and he tossed out all sorts of life-saving treasure. The first True Immortal noticed he fucked up by running away and tried to save the others, grabbing his comrade before he was also crushed by the Stone Rod.
Even so... the second True Immortal suffered heavy injuries that wouldn’t heal even with time.
... The lower-leveled cultivators who returned behind him were killed by the remnant energy that came from the impact.
Shang Xia’s Breaking World killed a True Immortal, heavily injured another, and scared the others so much they were scurrying like rats. Not only did he shock the other True Immortals who were still locked in combat above the heavenly screen, but those from the Wanyun Association and the Twin Star Pirates were equally as stunned by his display of strength.
How the fuck can he act so tyrannically even in a foreign world?!
Is he a sixth tier True Immortal?! Or has he reached the level of grand completion?!
No fucking way he’s a hidden Martial Emptiness Realm Sage, right?!
If the person attacking the Spirit Dawn World from the inside was a Martial Emptiness Realm Sage, there was no need for them to waste so much effort destroying Elysiums and tearing open the heavenly screen. After all, it would be too easy for an expert of that level to destroy a Spirit World themselves.
Shang Xia didn’t think about the potential impact his fifth move would bring to the others, but he could feel the morale of the True Immortals on the other side crumbling. They didn’t dare to get close to him, providing the best chance for him to complete the task of separating the landmass from the world.
Ignoring the True Immortals who were either injured or too afraid to get close, he also no longer bothered with the intense battle happening above the heavenly screen. He placed his attention on dealing with the continents.
The phantom of a giant rod appeared in the skies of the Spirit Dawn World as it continued to hasten the separation of the landmass from the world.
During the process, he suddenly noticed the sharp point the Capital Star Ship of the Wanyun Association shot out and he quickly split off a clone. The weaker the World’s Will became, the weaker the suppression of the experts of the Wanyun Association and Twin Star Pirates. Along with the huge morale boost they received after witnessing Shang Xia’s strength, the battle tilted in their favor once again.
A portion of the cultivators on the Spirit Dawn World were still trying to hold back the invaders to prevent their world from suffering any losses, but the others felt that it was too difficult to stop them. Those who felt that stopping them was impossible felt that they should consolidate their power and shrink their perimeter, allowing them to better hold out so that reinforcements from the rest of the Essence Ling Heavenly Domain could arrive to help them. In order to do that, they decided to just let Shang Xia have the piece of land.
Because of the differing intentions, chaos broke out among the experts of the Spirit Dawn World, giving the Wanyun Association and Twin Star Pirates an even better chance.
Gong Zhuo, who had been fighting 3 True Immortals, finally managed to shake them off and return to the Capital Star Ship. Even though the ship looked extremely battered, it wasn’t actually damaged. It still retained a good portion of its energy.
Receiving the news from the surviving Star Ships of the Wanyun Association about the current situation, he no longer hesitated to activate the rest of the energy. A giant anchor appeared and slammed into the portion of the world Shang Xia had separated.
The anchor was no ordinary treasure. As it descended, the void around it was torn apart and the impact when it struck the world caused it to tremble. It didn’t actually latch on to the continent itself, but the World Origin Source connected to it.
Shang Xia, who was using his Stone Rod to separate the continents, felt it grow lighter in his hands all of a sudden. The energy he poured into it seemed to lose control as he discovered the speed of separation of the landmass from the world grew by tens of times!
He heaved a sigh of relief as he glanced at the sharp point that was shot out from the Star Ship and tried to activate the Crimson Soul Tablet only to feel its disdain of world origin from a Spirit World. He eventually kept his Heaven Supporting Jade Pillar and watched as the landmass split off from the Spirit Dawn World.
